These general conditions of sale (GTC) are binding on the one hand by the company SAS ACES (hereinafter "Alpin Spa" or "le Spa") with a capital of 30,000 euros whose registered office is located at Chez Elie Meyssirel – Les Orres (05200) registered in the trade and companies register of Gap under the number 834 796 112, which operates a SPA area and a wellness care service called
ALPIN SPA and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase of
services (access to the spa area, facial or body care and all other services offered by Alpin d’Hôme) or products either via the website, or by telephone or at the Alpine reception of Hôme. Any purchase implies the unreserved acceptance and prior knowledge of the general conditions of sale.

1. Object
The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to determine the conditions, terms and terms of reservation, execution and cancellation of SPA services, treatments and massages offered by Alpin d’Hôme, for the sale of products and aim to define the contractual relations between ALPIN SPA and its customers (hereinafter the "Customer"). Unless otherwise specified, these T&Cs apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales carried out remotely or at the reception of the Spa by Alpin d'Hôme. The Customer acknowledges that ALPIN SPA has provided him with the necessary advice, before any reservation, and that he was able to know the content of the services offered by the Spa.

2. Acceptance of the T&Cs – Entry into force
The Customer acknowledges that by reserving one of the SPA services, he has previously read the these T&Cs and has accepted them without reservation. The Customer is informed that ALPIN SPA may change the terms of these T&Cs. In this case, the applicable GCS will be those in force at the time of the order and/or of the reservation by the Customer. Acceptance of these T&Cs also implies acceptance of the internal regulations of the SPA.

3. Conditions of access to the SPA area and the services offered by ALPIN SPA
Access to the SPA area and wellness services is open, subject to availability, to Customers of the Alpin d'Hôme hotel under the conditions specified when booking their stay and
 external Customers of the hotel under the pricing conditions specified on the website Access to the SPA and the services of ALPIN SPA, except by prior agreement, is reserved for persons adults, or over 16 years of age with the consent of their legal representative, declaring that they are in full legal capacity. The Customer undertakes to respect the rules of hygiene, decorum, safety, and use of the equipment. In the event of violation of these rules and of the internal regulations of the SPA, ALPIN SPA reserves the right to suspend its services and immediately prohibit access to its SPA. The conditions of access to the SPA may change due to possible access restriction rules which would be put in place by the governmental and administrative authorities.

4. Orders, purchase and reservation
The buyer, who wishes to book a wellness service must either go through the site internet, either book by phone, or go to the reception of the SPA and/or the hotel.
In accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code, the website and the
brochures available at the SPA reception include the essential characteristics of massages and/or care and/or gift vouchers available to the Customer, who may, prior to his purchase by get to know and discuss by phone or at the reception of the SPA with our advisers.

4.1 Terms of the order on the website
To validate your order, i.e. the purchase of a wellness service and/or access to the SPA and/or a product to be collected at the SPA, the customer must:
- Take note of the characteristics of the service and/or the product chosen by browsing on the website ;
- Once the selection of products and/or services has been completed, the Customer must complete the identification form on which he will indicate all the contact details requested or give his client number if he has one;
- validate his order after having checked it;
- make the payment under the conditions provided.
Only perfect payment will lead to validation of the order, the customer will then receive at his address email a validation of his order on which the chosen service will appear. In the event that the Customer had not reserved, when ordering, a date and time for perform his treatment, it will be up to him to contact the SPA, either by telephone or by email, either directly at the care reception.

4.2 Methods of ordering and booking by telephone
The Customer can also order by telephone. His contact details will be requested and a payment guarantee (credit card number) may also be requested to validate his reservation (date and time of the services ordered).

4.3 Ordering at the SPA reception
The Customer can also order and book at the SPA reception. Advance payment for services may be requested.
Whatever the terms of the order, its confirmation entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions.

5. Final nature of the order
Subject to the terms of withdrawal and cancellation described in these T&Cs, any order and/or purchase made with ALPIN SPA, including gift vouchers, is firm and final. The purchase of treatments or gift vouchers cannot be modified or refunded. Unused services do not give rise to a reduction, deduction or refund. The maximum period of validity of the treatment ordered but not reserved or of the gift voucher is 1 year from the date of purchase. Exceeding the validity date of the treatment or the gift voucher will cause it to expire, the purchase price will remain acquired by ALPIN SPA. Any appointment for a treatment and/or massage, once fixed, cannot be cancelled. It can nevertheless be postponed once at the customer's request, subject to a notice period of at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failing this, the service or the gift voucher will be considered as used. ALPIN SPA also benefits from the right to move an appointment, the new time slot having to be accepted by the Customer. It is recommended that the Customer order and reserve at least one week before the date and time they wish to obtain for their treatment and/or massage.

6. Progress of the services reserved by the customer
The Customer is advised to arrive 10 minutes before the time fixed for the service he has reserved. Any delay by the client will proportionally reduce the initial duration of his treatment. For the smooth running of the treatment, the Client is asked to remove his jewelery before coming to the SPA. The establishment cannot be held responsible for forgotten or stolen items. Lockers are available to store the Client's personal belongings. The bathrobes as well as the towels and slippers necessary for the treatment are provided by the SPA and given to the client upon arrival at the SPA. Swimwear is not provided but, subject to availability, is on sale at the SPA boutique. The actual duration of treatment takes into account preparation time. The accessories used by our beauticians have been disinfected beforehand. Linen is changed after each treatment.

7. Sale and availability of products
Our cosmetic products visible on are only offered for sale at the SPA reception and cannot be ordered online or by telephone. No delivery will be made. The products are offered for sale within the limits of available stocks. If the visible product is not available at the time of the Customer's visit, he may ask to be informed of its availability by e-mail, indicating his e-mail address. On the website, the photographs, graphics, technical data sheets are mostly taken from the documentation drawn up by the manufacturers or suppliers, reproduced under their control and with their agreement. The photographs are presented for illustrative purposes, no claim can therefore be made in this respect. In the online sales process, ALPIN SPA is only bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

8. Prices for cosmetic and wellness services and products
The prices indicated for the services and products are mentioned in euros all taxes included (TTC) including VAT at the rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the rate may be passed on to the price of the products or services on the day the service is provided by ALPIN SPA. Alpin d'Hôme reserves the right to change the prices of its products and services at any time. Nevertheless, and except in the case of an increase in the VAT rate, the price displayed on the website or on the premises of the SPA on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Customer.

9. Warranty for wellness products and/or cosmetics offered for sale by the Spa
All our products benefit from guarantees under the conditions provided for by French law. The Customer has a period of two years from the delivery of the goods to act as a legal guarantee of conformity. All complaints, requests for exchange or refund must be sent to or by post to the following address:

The product must be returned in its original packaging with a copy of the purchase invoice. The shipment of the product is at the Customer's expense and risk.

10. Right of withdrawal for sales concluded at a distance
In accordance with the legal provisions in force, and in the event of distance selling (order on the website or by telephone), the customer is informed that he benefits for this purpose from a period of fourteen clear days running from the date of purchase of a gift voucher and/or treatment and/or massage and/or entry to the SPA to exercise the right of withdrawal from Alpin D'Hôme, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the products or services purchased will be refunded. Shipping and return costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. For orders involving the supply of care and/or cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product has remained in its original state and the packaging has not been unsealed after delivery. Any incomplete product, not returned in its original packaging or damaged will not give rise to any refund. The product(s), accompanied by the invoice, and the right of withdrawal must be returned/exercised to the following address:

Reimbursement, or at the Customer's choice, the allocation of a voucher for the amount of the price of his order (excluding delivery costs) will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days from the information of your decision to withdraw, reimbursement may however
be deferred until recovery by the Spa of the product. No cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason. The risks of the return are your responsibility. To receive another item in replacement of your returned item, the customer will place a new order online.

11. Terms of payment
The price in euros is in principle payable when ordering. On our website and by telephone, payment will be made by credit card only. At the reception of the SPA, you can make a payment by credit card or cash. At the request of the buyer, he will be sent an invoice showing the VAT.

12. Right to refuse an order or cancel a purchase
ALPIN SPA cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever resulting from a professional activity. Accordingly, ALPIN SPA reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel any purchase, for any reason, in the following situations (among others), without being liable for any damages or costs:
– the product is not available / in stock (any payment will be refunded);
– the order has been detected by our security systems as an unusual order or likely to be a fraudulent act;
– the price of the product(s) was incorrect;
– we were unable to deliver the package to the address provided.

13. Liability – Contraindication to care
The treatments and massages offered by ALPIN SPA constitute well-being treatments, aesthetic or not. These are relaxing services and exclude any therapeutic character or virtue. Unless expressly specified, care services, massages and massages are not provided by a doctor or a physiotherapist. In the event of pregnancy, particular allergy or more generally medical contraindication, it is recommended to obtain the prior opinion of a doctor and the client undertakes to notify ALPIN SPA. ALPIN SPA declines all responsibility in the event of medical contraindications, drug treatments, illnesses or pregnancy. Children over the age of 6 can benefit from certain treatments, with the prior agreement of their parents, but can only access the SPA area from the age of 16. In the event that equipment in the SPA area is unavailable for a reason external to ALPIN SPA, no price reduction will be granted.

14. Intellectual Property
All elements of the website belong to SAS ACES and remain its exclusive intellectual property. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site whether software, visual or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of SAS ACES.

15. Personal data - Cookies
The automated processing of information, including the management of the e-mail addresses of users of the site has been declared to the CNIL on 03/18/2013 registered under number 1660367. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the Spa as data controller processes personal data for the establishment and execution of the contract concluded with the Customer and to carry out its commercial actions and satisfaction surveys. The Customer is informed on each of the personal data collection forms of the mandatory nature of the information identified by an asterisk. The data is collected and processed for the purposes of managing the services (reservation, follow-up, payment, possible complaint) and in the context of compliance with legal, tax and accounting obligations. The data collected is intended for the company Alpin Cocoon as data controller, as well as any group company responsible for delivering the subscribed service and any subcontractor if necessary. The data may only be transferred to service providers if this is necessary for the performance of the contract. There will be no transfer of data outside the European Union except by legal obligation. Personal data will be kept in a secure environment for the duration necessary for the execution of the contract and then archived in accordance with the legal provisions in force. The Customer has, in accordance with the national and European regulations in force, a right of access, rectification and deletion of personal data concerning him and may oppose the processing of his data. The Customer is informed of the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL or the supervisory authority of his place of residence.
The connection by the Customer to the Spa website is likely to generate the installation of a cookie in his computer during navigation on the Site. The purpose of this cookie is to record information relating to the navigation of the customer's computer exclusively on the website. and personality of certain pages of the site. By connecting to the website, the Customer may oppose the registration of cookies by configuring his browser accordingly.
